Product not right for you? You always have the right to return items from Kroppskraft within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Here we clearly explain how returns work, what shipping costs, and how your refund is issued.
Conditions
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from receipt, provided the products are completely unused, in original condition, and that inner and outer seals on jars and bottles are fully intact for hygiene reasons.
Practical guide to returning an item
- Register your request by sending your order number and reason to [email protected]
- Receive return confirmation along with the return address and packing instructions from our customer support
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging together with the packing slip to prevent transit damage
- Receive a refund via bank account within 3-10 business days after the return has passed and been approved in our quality inspection
Who pays return shipping
Did we accidentally pack the wrong jar, or is the product damaged? In that case, we cover shipping by emailing a prepaid shipping label or booking a pickup. If, however, you simply changed your mind, you cover the return shipping yourself, with no hidden deductions.
Refund timing and method
We initiate the refund within 3 business days of the return being approved. If you ordered cash on delivery, we deposit the funds into the bank account you specify. If you paid by bank transfer, the money is returned to the original account. The bank's own processing time usually takes between 1 and 5 business days.

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange for a different flavor, size, or product? Return the initial item following the instructions above and place a new order in the shop at the same time. The refund for the return is processed once the parcel reaches us. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we cover the shipping cost for the new order.
Cancelling an order
Can a purchase be cancelled before it is packed? Yes, you can cancel the order free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Write to [email protected] with your order number as quickly as possible. If the parcel has already been dispatched, our standard return terms apply.
